SPRINGLAR™ was founded by Hugo Oliveira (Washington DC, 1984). Architect graduated by ISCTE-IUL (Lisbon, 2009), he worked with Sir David Adjaye (London, 2010). He was a researcher at Columbia University (New York, 2013-2014) and an editorial assistant on FAUP (Porto, 2014-2015). He is the author of the book “Interviews & Letters”, which counts with the participation of figures such as: Álvaro Siza Vieira, Eduardo Souto de Moura, Alain de Botton, or Sou Fujimoto. He is a content creator for his blog “Hugo’s Peep Box”.
In Portugal, Hugo is experienced with the construction and real estate sectors. Based on this knowledge, he is an intransigent defender of a paradigm shift in building towards a low-carbon construction methodology.
