5 STAGES
1. Presentation with the direct clarification of any questions; visiting the terrain; drawing the implementation plans of the house on the terrain; choosing the finishings and equipment; visualization of the house on the terrain using “Augmented Reality”. Approved financing and payment.
2. Delivery of the written and drawing components to the city hall for licensing.
3. Production of the parts and assembly at the factory. At the same time, the terrain, foundations, and infrastructures are prepared.
4. The house is delivered and built on the local (at least 3 months after the adjudication of stage 4) and the finishing works and other tasks are concluded at the site.
5. Quality control and inspection are performed. The house is completed and is ready to be inhabited.

TRANSPORTATION
Made by professionals who are highly-qualified in the transportation of this type of house.
PREPARING THE TERRAIN
At least a visit is made to the terrain to analyze the soil type where the foundations of your new home will be placed. We can prepare the terrain or, if you prefer, you can hire another company to do it, in order to support your new house.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly of the house is made by professionals who are experts in CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) construction and supervised by technicians of each of the construction specialties. A crane will be on site, helping to place the house over the foundations, as well to help establish several infrastructural connections (water, electricity, etc.).
WARRANTIES
The general warranty for the house is for 10 years. To activate other additional warranties (windows, equipment, roof, etc.), please, contact us.
COSTS
For deliveries made on Portuguese continental territory, the costs referent to transportation and house assembly are included in the final costs. Other locations require an assessment.
